This means you can rest easy using our products. *sigh of relief*

You won’t find any parabens, petroleum, mineral oils, PEGs or synthetic colours or fragrance in our products.

Why? Our founder started on this journey because of her frustration with the conventional products that contained the above ingredients. She learnt the hard way that when it comes to looking after your lips properly, oh naturale is the way to go. These ingredients aren't what we consider to be natural and so we keep them out.

That’s it! No BS. We just believe in using quality 100% natural ingredients that will be beneficial to your lips.

From getting the perfect selfie, eating your avo on toast, and voice-noting bae your lips go through a lot every day, and so we sleep easier at night knowing that they're being well taken care of by us.

Here’s what ingredients are left out, and why:

Parabens are a group of chemicals used as preservatives in food, cosmetics and therapeutic products to prolong shelf-life.

In 2004 a scientifc study revealed parabens were a contributing factor to breast cancer and have since been shunned by most natural beauty brands. FYI there’s no conclusive evidence to suggest using products containing parabens is directly linked to the development of cancer.

But considering that your delicate kissers may react to parabens, we've kept them out.

Petroleum and its derivatives such as mineral oil coat the lips, but do very little to moisturise them. They just sit on top, and can actually stop your lips from absorbing moisture.

Petroleum is also an unsustainable by-product of the oil refining industry.

And we think it's better suited for cars than for slathering on your lips.

Synthetic colours and fragrance make products look and smell nice, but that's where the positives end.

Kind of like a ... they offer zero therapeutic benefits.

They can, however, lead to lip sensitivity and irritation.

So like a bad ex, we've kicked them to the curb.

Ingredients which (as the name suggests) makes your lips drier, sore and more chapped don't get a seat at our table.

Btw it is these pesky ingredients that are responsible for why you feel that constant & irresistible urge to reapply product.

They can cause sensitivity which can result in a never-ending cycle of irritated lips and reapplication.

It's a no from us.
